Yes! Professional setup and takedown are included with every tent rental. We'll arrive at your specified time, set up the tent, and return after your event to take it down.
Our tents provide excellent protection from rain and sun. If you're concerned about severe weather, contact us as early as possible to discuss your options and our weather policy.
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May-October). However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. Call us to check availability for your date.
Yes, all tent packages include basic perimeter lighting. Additional lighting options are available if you need brighter or decorative lighting for your event.
Absolutely! Our packages include standard tables and chairs, but you can customize by adding cocktail tables, extra seating, bars, linens, or other items from our full inventory.
We can set up tents on grass, concrete, asphalt, or pavement. Different surfaces may require different anchoring methods. Let us know your setup location when you book.
Permit requirements vary by municipality. For residential events, small tents typically don't require permits, but we recommend checking with your local building department. We're happy to provide any documentation you need.
